I live in neighborhood these people are crooks. Your car is not parked in a lot or garage. They use residential streets to park cars blocking the homeowners from parking on their own streets or near their homes. Your car is not safe on these streets because no one is caring for your car. DOT has been made aware of this illegal business and will be ticketing and towing these cars.

Definitely not recommend this place to anyone who find a place to park near JFK. The office is in a weed shop and very ghetto area. They drove us to the airport by school bus, and when we got back, we had to wait an hour for them to pick us up. The guy who drove the shuttle was very arrogant and showed everyone on the ride an attitude. He even blatantly asked us to give him $``10 as if it's our responsibility to give him the money after fully paid the amount of money we are supposed to pay for the parking. This is a very sketchy business, and if you don't want your car to be ruined or destroyed, try to avoid this at all cost!!!

Do not park here! The service sucks. The people that work her are ghetto. The shuttle is not free they charge $5.00 per bag. The shuttle is an unlicensed school bus. Had us waiting 2 hours for pick up with no apologies no explanation.

Went on vacation left my car here paid to have my car park in a lot there is No Lot they park the cars on the streets on in people Drive way on a ticket my car was blocking someone driveway. Don’t park Here.

Do not park your car at this place. What they do is remove your plates and park the car on the street. I went on vacation Aug 6-13th and parked my car here. 1 month later I got parking violations from the city of NY for PLATE MISSING code 74 for the period I was on vacation and left car here.

I'm very disappointed. this place is so sucks i signup online for long term parking do you to family emergency I couldn't went for my trip then I called them within 2 hours my son gonna pick the car and they said they gonna refund my money but I'm still waiting for my money top of that they blocked so my recommendation is do not park This place is not secure and they never answer the phone never ever

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR THEREI used this lot when I was going away for a week. When I returned, my car had been ransacked. I cannot begin to describe the amount of mess my car had. Items from my glove box was in my arm rest, items from the back seat was in the front seat. It looked like someone went through every ounce of my car looking for something and put items back in random places because they could not remember where it was originally. I then noticed that a purse I had in my backseat with a few items was gone. The person took the purse and one item out of it and left the rest of the items on the floor in my backseat. One day later I noticed that a hooded sweatshirt I had from college was missing. When I spoke to the owner that day his question to me was "is the bag a louie vutton or prada". The brand of the purse does not matter. The brand of the sweatshirt or the item in the bag does not matter. It is about the fact that someone took items that belonged to me and went through my entire car because they fe
