DO NOT PARK HERE!! Owned by an awful company. Followed the instructions to download the app and pay for an hour. Knew I would be there for a while so I tried to add time in advance but the app glitched and wouldn’t let me pay for another 2 hours. Tried again later and the app still didn’t work. Got an EXPENSIVE ticket because THEIR APP was not working. Disputed it saying I tried multiple times to pay upfront but somehow it was my fault that “I didn’t follow the rules and pay in advance,” even though there is NO signage anywhere saying this. Prices are low because they SCAM you with a faulty app and collect the parking ticket money!! Shame on you!!!

Parking in Denver

There is plenty of parking in Denver and you should use our Denver parking map to find out where and how how much you’ll be expected to pay for parking in the city.

The average hourly rate at parking lots and garages in Denver is $4.00 per hour and $24.00 per day.

On-street parking tends to be cheaper at $2.00 per hour with a maximum stay of up to 2-4 hrs. Rates and maximum stay restrictions may differ, please check the meter at your final destination.

Smart meters, which are gradually being installed on Denver streets, accept coins, debit and credit cards, and smart cards.

Denver has a special Overnight Parking Program that is different from other US cities. Parking rates are still enforced during nighttime, though they are lower and there are no limits as to the length of stay.

If you’re looking for cheaper or even free parking options and feel OK with not taking your car downtown, leave it at one of the Park and Ride locations in Denver and park for free the first 24 hours and then $2.00 for each additional day.

Did you know that the clamp wheel was first used in Denver?  This is why it is also called “Denver boot”! Follow the parking regulations and pay parking tickets on time so that you don’t get booted!
