Left my car here for 2 days only to come back and find the attendants had gone through MULTIPLE different closed compartments in my car and stolen all my cash, well over $200 worth. When I confronted him he said "you cant prove it". Wow, real class acts at this joint. Will rob you blind, go through your car and laugh at you when you call them out on it!

Worst parking garage I've ever used. When we pulled in we waited for them to give us a ticket. Then the guy walked over and said "just leave your keys in the car!" And we asked if that was okay and they said yes. He even said we'd get $5 off for staying at the hotel down the street. Great right? Well apparently not. When we came to pick up our car they charged us extra for not having a ticket!!! You didn't give us a ticket!!! When we explained that the guy who worked there said he saw them give us a ticket. That idiot wasn't even there when we parked. He was so rude and it's completely ridiculous to charge someone extra for your own company's mistake. Save yourself the $50 and go somewhere else this place is horrible.

Parking in New York

New York is one of the busiest and most densely populated cities in the US. Parking rates in NYC are one of the highest in the country. Here are some ideas on how to survive when looking for a place to park in New York.

Commercial garages in Manhattan charge $12-$18 per hour and can go up as high as $55 per 24 hours (SUVs and oversized vehicles are charged additional fees). It’s a good idea to look for early bird and overnight specials or coupons for discounted parking!

A good alternative is to park in the suburbs and then take public transport to downtown:

On-street parking

On-street parking in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island is $1 per hour, while on-street meters in Manhattan charge from $1.50 to $6 per hour, depending on the area. Meters take quarters and credit cards.

On-street rates in PARK-Smart areas will vary depending on the time of day and demand.

On-street signage can be confusing. Check the NYC parking regulations, so that you don’t get a pricey ticket.
