I have seen them hit cars whole parking them and do nothing about it.

The employees are so rude and, awful. The service is extremely poor. The have definitely remained consistent with that. Horrible and terrible disposition.

I can't relate to all these bad reviews. Not once have I had a problem with them. They are always very sweet

I would give this a negative rating if I could. I took a monthly parking spot and after 2 weeks of not using my car, I come back to see the car lights and fan on with the battery completely dead. When I questioned the guy, he started yelling and saying that it's not a big deal. It just needs a jump start. When we asked why it was even on in the first place, he yelled even more and told us no more monthly parking for us! He was downright disrespectful and was looking at us as if we were scum and as if it wasn't our fault that the car was on. Wouldn't advise anyone to do monthly parking here. It's a huge risk and liability.

Very rude people! The manager is such an uneducated. They always try to make you pay cash saying that credit card machine is not working. Watch out to this people. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO PARK here.

Parking in New York

New York is one of the busiest and most densely populated cities in the US. Parking rates in NYC are one of the highest in the country. Here are some ideas on how to survive when looking for a place to park in New York.

Commercial garages in Manhattan charge $12-$18 per hour and can go up as high as $55 per 24 hours (SUVs and oversized vehicles are charged additional fees). It’s a good idea to look for early bird and overnight specials or coupons for discounted parking!

A good alternative is to park in the suburbs and then take public transport to downtown:

On-street parking

On-street parking in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island is $1 per hour, while on-street meters in Manhattan charge from $1.50 to $6 per hour, depending on the area. Meters take quarters and credit cards.

On-street rates in PARK-Smart areas will vary depending on the time of day and demand.

On-street signage can be confusing. Check the NYC parking regulations, so that you don’t get a pricey ticket.
