I pay for a monthly parking pass, and this place advertises that it opens daily at 8:00 AM. It’s now past 9:00 AM, and the gate is still closed. No one answers the phone, so there’s no way to get help. A young Asian woman who identified herself as being at the executive supervisor was on-site but said she “doesn’t work here” and refused to open the gate or assist me. That level of customer service is unacceptable. If you rely on this parking for work or appointments, be aware that the posted hours may not be honored. Paying monthly for a service that isn’t accessible when promised is extremely frustrating.
