Nearly impossible to figure out how to pay at this lot. Signs say "visitor parking" then threaten fines and towing. Had to ask someone else who was parking there how it worked. Took 5 minutes to locate the sign with instructions. Tried downloading mobile parking app. App didn't work. Tried calling phone number. A parking meter or payment kiosk would have been simpler and more secure. Finally gave up on trying to park at all, left for home and skipped the event. When will ASU, a state university, figure out a more welcoming system for visitors (read the tax-paying public) to campus and "public" events?
