I am a very dissatisfied customer. When proceeding to drive into the Rosemont's parking facility the machine did not issue us a parking ticket so we had to pay $299,00 dollars upon leaving because I can't call to custumer service for ask about When trying to call four times customer service no one ever answers. How do we get a fund??

Apparently the parking lot doesn't permit motorcycles. There is no signage. I paid my ticket and was trying to exit but since the gate didn't detect my vehicle I couldn't leave.

My catalytic converter was stolen off my car while parked here

I had the same experience as several. Went to park and the gate was open. Tried to insert my card and press the ticket button. The machine said "please wait gate is open". As a last effort walked up to it after I parked and pressed the ticket button. "No car present". Call the 888 number twice, 1st time transferred to Cumberland facility, mail box full. The second the agent told me to just press the assistance bottom upon returning. Did as she said and only got told "they have no record" and to get a lost ticket. $39. I feel they know they are the only parking option and don't need to take action on their mistakes... Customer service is non assistant and contacting them is the same.

I arrive at this parking lot and approach the parking gate. There is a credit card slot so I insert my card thinking I am paying for parking. The machine issues me no ticket. Now, I am screwed. I don’t have time to talk to anyone because I will be late for my appointment. Hopefully I will not have to pay 39 dollars when I return. ARGH!!

Whatever changes were made in the last year or so, it is awful. I braved the traffic to get to this cta parking lot and pulled in finding it hard to figure out what lane to use then when I do, it wants me to swipe my card. Cars are lining up behind me as I scramble for a card. I get my card, swipe and the arm raises so I pull thru. Now I’m parked, thinking I have paid, then I see people paying for parking so I am thoroughly confused. If they think I am paying $39 for their parking lot, they are nuts. Hopefully I can figure it out when I get back to my car. Honestly, I have never had to swipe my card for anything other than to pay for something. This way of doing things is ridiculous and preys in those that are unfamiliar or not regulars to that lot. Shameful!

Parking At O'Hare International Airport (Chicago)

O’Hare International Airport (ORD) has plenty of parking for your convenience. Depending on your needs, there are several types of parking locations located near the airport.

Lots A (parking garage), B and C are the best option for short-term parking for a period of less than 3 hours. These lots are located next to Terminals 1, 2 and 3 in order to provide quick and easy walking access to the terminal itself.

The parking rates are as follows: $5.00/3 hours, $60.00/24 hours at lot A and $35.00/24 hours at lots B & C. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.

Lot A also offers Valet parking for $22.00/per 3 hours and $54.00/24 hours.

There are 2 EV charging stations located on the first level of Lot A adjacent to the entrance to the Bus/Shuttle Center.

International Lot D is intended for short visits to the International Terminal 5 or for brief stays in case you require closer access. The parking rates are $8.00/3 hours and $60.00/24 hours.

However, we do not recommend using these lots for long-term parking as daily rates are very high.

The best option for long-term parking would be the Economy lots (E, F & G). The rates are, respectively, $17.00, $9.00 and $14.00 per 24 hours, with Lot G being the cheapest. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.

The Economy Lots are located east of the airport along Bessie Coleman Dr. at the southeast corner of Mannheim and Zemke Rd. They are accessible by the Airport Transit System (ATS), which makes stops at each airport terminal as well as at Lot E. If you’ve parked far from the ATS stop, the 24/7 shuttle buses routinely pick up and drop off passengers at designated bus shelters throughout each of the lots.
