We paid for parking and they put a boot on our car even though we were in the system. They were going to make us dispute it but we had them look it up and our license plate was in the system - the guy working just said that he didn’t like to look it up on that app so he missed it and put a boot on our car. An insane excuse for something that could have been such a major inconvenience.
