Terrible system .Sick people do not need more stress.

Extremely difficult system and not customer-oriented. It is difficult for older or handicapped people to use, with few instructions in the building. No one is available to help if an individual has problems, which would mean that the “arm” or gate would not lift up to allow exit. Building management must revise this terrible process.

At first wkhlen they changed the parking it was OK you just got their app on your phone and it recorded your license plate when you entered and then when you left and then automatically charged your phone. Now you have to get a paper ticket and then when you leave go to a kisok on the second floor scan your ticket and pay with your credit card. Then scan your ticket when you leave. Guess what those tickets end up all over the place. I forgot that when we entered the attendant was busy on his phone to help any body. Not a good system . .

Very inconvenient payment method. Some people don’t have cellphones. Encourages texting while driving

Parking In Seattle

Seattle is the birthplace of Nirvana, Bill Gates and Jimi Hendrix. It’s the city that never sleeps and always offers its visitors something interesting to check out. But what about finding a parking spot in Seattle? Here are some useful tips that’ll help you out.

There is plenty of on-street parking in the city. The rates are from $1 to $4 per hour, and are enforced Mon-Sat, 8AM-6PM or, depending on the particular location, 8AM-8PM. The time limit is 2, 4 or 10 hours. Coins and debit/credit cards are accepted.

A pay-by-phone option is available at all on-street locations. It allows you to pay for parking from your cell phone, saving you the necessity of finding a pay station and getting a receipt. Visit the city’s official website to learn more about this feature.

The average rates for off-street parking are $7-11 per hour and $15-30 per 24 hours.

Monthly parking in Downtown Seattle is usually quite expensive, ranging from $200 to $350.

If you’re looking for a specific place, such as the Seattle Aquarium (Pike Place Market Garage), the Seattle Center or Pacific Place, Seattle’s parking map on our website will provide you with information on all these locations and many others.
