I would like to compliment one of your drivers, Debra Jones. On the morning of June 7 I was parking in Economy B4. Debra saw me get out of my car and was kind enough to wait by my car instead of making me run to the bus stop. She didn't have to do that. Also, Debra was very cheerful and courteous to everyone getting on the bus. I thought you should know what a valuable employee you have with Debra. Pat B.

Not even a 1 star. Catalytic converter was stolen off our car while parked in Enconomy parking Lot A. Officer that responded and took a report for us said it happens quite a bit. Parking attendant at the exit said it is happening alot too. Airport doesn't want to take responsibility even though they are well aware this is happening and they are supposedly providing secure parking.

I would rate this with negative stars if possible. My catalytic converter was stolen from Lot A2. They made me pay the entire parking fee despite being vandalized during their watch. I called and asked to be reimbursed for parking fee and they said they couldn’t do that. I asked to speak to management and they said his mailbox was full and “took a message.” No one has called me back. They should be responsible for the repairs of my car. How can they in good conscience provide parking at a lot where crime occurs so easily yet fail to warn you of the risks. Despicable!

Waited 45 minutes for a bus this morning. Missed my flight.

Driver had lots of trouble with English We got on at B1 after some got off then the driver said get off. Spare seats existed. We said Southwest then he said get off several times but could not determine to whom he was directing the command so we collected our luggage and took next but with no questions

My Cars catalytic converter was stolen. While I was on a 3 day trip away. Management didn't care. Your car is not safe here.

Drivers always do their jobs as best they can and are courteous. Never once had an issue.

I always use economy parking when I travel and haven't had any issues yet. The drivers are always friendly to me and my wife so I'n not sure why other reviewers are reporting the opposite. There is usually a coupon for a free day too if you google it on your phone.

Very rude drivers No consideration for passengers. Drives fast and reckless throwing luggage and people all over. Never again.

Horrible horrible experiences! Yes more than one. The bus drivers are so rude and it’s crazy unorganized, especially during busy times. Lot B is the worst as there isn’t an actual bus assigned to get people back to the lot from other terminals. We will be parking elsewhere and eating the higher cost from now on. We travel a lot so this is quite a bummer.
