Their solution to is bring yellow bags that are not used by these individuals. There has been an increase in car theft, breaking into cars, and vandalizing vehicles. Where are our working-class tax dollars going?Billions of Marin County dollars go to the homeless, yet we, the working class, are being victimized! and nothing is being done!
