Methodist Hospital - Oak Hills/TNI Surface Lot

I dislike this parking. I took my son to an appointment at 9:45 was marked the ticket. Back within the hour or less and there was a line of cars waiting to pay. As expected i was charged the 61 min to 2 hours rate. I asked if i exceeded the time by a minute because there was a bit of wait. He said for that you have to come down earlier. I said maybe there should be more cashiers because i had to wait. He said whatever

Today I parked in the parking garage for the TNI building. After exiting my car and while walking to the elevator I tripped on a broken speed hump. I fell very hard and required assistance from witnesses to my fall to get up & gather my possessions that scattered from my purse. I skinned my palm, damaged my expensive purse, tore my slacks, bruised my other hand and worse of all bashed my knee so hard it swelled like a balloon and became stiff and painful within half an hour. Although I limped my way into my appointment I would warn anyone parking there to be aware of this hazard and take care to avoid my situation. I’m considering going to an orthopedic doctor because I can barely walk & am in a lot of pain. This little fall is going to cost me days if not a week before I am able to walk normally again. I would like to report my fall to the hospital parking management but I’m not sure how. I will persue that tomorrow once I can figure out how.
