Never ever again will they see a dime of my money. Stopped there to drop off two bags for my son who had parked there for several days (and spent quite a bit of money doing so). I was told 5 minutes or less would be free .. no problem. Dropped off two bags at his car, which was near the exit. It literally took us less than a minute. Went to exit and there was a line of 5 or so cars waiting to get out and the machine apparently was not working as there was an attendant taking care of each transaction. Every car had some sort of issue, so we waited in line for a good 6-7 minutes before we got to the front to exit. I explained that I was in the lot for 1 minute, but waited in line for 6-7 minutes just to get out. They insisted that I pay the $2 hourly fee because I was there for more than 5 minutes (which of course was not my fault). This isn't about the $2, but about the inability for this ridiculous place to use common sense with their customers and provide actual customer service.

I became ill and was not able to make my flight with my husband but he had parked the car so I didn't know where it was in the super saver lot A. Javed pulled up in a customer van and was so kind. He kept me warm in the van until we found my car. Very nice man!!
Kudos to the best driver ever, James!!! He was working on June 23rd and then amazingly on our return to MKE on the 28th. He was helpful, cheerful, polite and went the extra mile to help us "seniors" with our luggage. The best I have ever experienced in ALL my travels to and from MKE.
