That lot at the end of Westward Beach Road used to be FREE in the 1970s. Went there a lot - skin dived on the other side of the Point. The State has gotten "GREEDY"

Very dirty lot. Paid for all day parking. We left late afternoon to get dinner and then come back. They said our pass wouldn't work. It says all day, but no re-entry. He said it's not written anywhere, that's just there personal policy. Said I'd need to pay full price, even though the website says it's $3 after 6pm.
