The guy was so nice. If your son is named DYLAN he was so cute. Tbh i was expecting you guys to be there when i was leaving, but SADLY you werent. But the guy was very nice.

Today when I parked the lot attendant was extremely rude. Instead of saying “hey I don’t have anymore ones do you have another dollar” I get attitude and “I need another dollar”. So unprofessional. Maybe you need to be stocked up more with the proper bills so people paying with a $20 don’t get treated like that

It doesn’t even deserve one star. I had to go to Mercy for work. My driver in the morning was very rude. On the way back to the lot, we didn’t know where we were suppose to wait to be picked up. The driver wasn’t parked at a curb so we walked up to get into the shuttle. He sped off so we couldn’t get in , and parked at the top of the hill, and made us walk. On our way out he rushed us off the shuttle. As me and a coworker were walking to our cars in front of the shuttle, he laid his horn on us and gassed it almost hitting me. Ridiculous that he even has a job.
