Regents Park

Horrible. Ada validated ticket - wouldn’t read my ticket. Person in the booth didn’t help so I had to honk my horn to get her to help me. She told me I pulled up wrong…made me back up and pull forward (6 cars behind me) the she said “now you know the correct way”. You have got to be kidding me-i use parking garages all the time. This is the first time I had to have a lesson how to drive straight past the yellow pole. The pole didn’t record my van after the car in front of me pulled through. I’m sure I’m not the first person this has happened too… frustrating!

Tried to exit this lot after a 15 minute stop and was being held in line while attendant took tickets at exit snail speed, now I have to pay due to attendant not efficient at her job

Horribly rude attendants. Even if you have receipt showing you were there for less than 20 minutes $16 charge. AVOID SHOPPING HERE

On Sunday the parking should be free but the arms are down takes forever to get out. I tried to follow the preceding vehicle and was hit by the closing arm. If it is free, the arms should be up.

Was informed by Starbucks and pizza place that after 5pm on weekdays parking should be free . The attendant said “ it is but I don’t leave the arm down “ How is that okay ? Something needs to be done about that
