This parking company is very deceptive in the way they do Business they mislead people when choosing how much time they would like I was going to court and thought that I chose three and a half hours as this is the setup 3 30 that's the button that I push to pick what I thought was three and a half hours turns out it was $3 for 30 minutes so when I came back to my car I had a ticket for $65 I reached out to dispute the ticket as I thought there was a mistake when I was told your ticket expired at 8:54 am I purchased the ticket at 8:24am so it was for 30 minutes where they made it seem to be that I was paying for three and a half hours as I said I was going to court and would not only pay for 30 minutes I I was emailing with Rosa Prince When I figured out what the mistake was it was deceptive she was so rude she literally told me it don't matter what I thought the ticket would remain she was such a smart aleck I would like to attach our screenshots of our email if I can do that just a show how she treated me I
