I parked here to go to the jewelery store across the street. The jeweler was closed to my surprise. I parked at 1:20pm and was back in the garage at 1:22pm. I spoke with the garage attendant and mentioned the dilemma for 4 minutes causing my clock out at 1:26pm. Regardless I was still made to pay for 30 minutes of parking. This is ridiculous. Absolutely terrible customer service and corporate service. This is no way to take care of potential repeat clients. I will now make sure no friends or family will ever use this facility for any reason. In this day and age would’ve hoped for more. This facility has lost potential future business in 5 minutes time.

Parked my car there on Saturday, as they went to pull the car out of the spot they wrecked the front of my car to the point where it is unable to be driven. Do not park here!

I park there once a month and they are always great. Last month I left my phone with all my credit cards in the back and they came running to give me my phone. Honest and always courteous.

I experienced none of the above complaints. I arrived ~9:15 AM dropped my car off. I returned ~ 12:45 PM. Fast service, a little costly but it is CC Phila!

The employees are extremely rude, it's like no one taught them manners.

This parking lot is terrible. Avoid it at all cost. They repeatedly damage cars, and deny it. They are slow, and the employees are rude. Find another parking lot. Even if it costs you more money. It will be worth the money to avoid this hell hole.
