Same issue as everyone else, apparently, garage closed without any signage saying that was even a possibility

Terrible parking facility. Do not park here!! There are no signs that say anything regarding the hours. Very misleading for being “DAILY PARKING”. The numbers are not valid and there is no one to call or ask for help. Got stranded and couldn’t get to our car. A very big scam and a way to take your money and car!!

no signs that say anything about the hours or closing, and we never got a ticket when we first pulled in, got back about 30 mins after 11 and the garage was closed and none of the numbers we called worked. our car and stuff is trapped down there and now we have to have someone drive all the way down to DC (3 hours away) and wait on the streets with the rats.

car is trapped and i’m stranded in bethesda at midnight, with no where to go. no signs on the garage that it closes at 11, we didn’t even get a ticket from the machine. and the number doesn’t work.

Literally trapped in the garage and none of the phone numbers work.
