Never again!! Complete scammers! Tried to leave before concert ended and wanted me to pay an additional $18 even though the end date was an hour after concert ended and we left before the concert even ended. That $18 charge wasn’t even on their sign. Said it was weekend hours. I said where’s the sign for the weekend hours? Threatened to call the cops on me and I said go ahead! I refuse to pay more money. I already paid $65 for the spot. Instead took pictures of my license plate and said I’m banned from parking there again. No worries I will never go there again! Horrible people and scammers.

EV charger often broken. I'm a monthly parker and my account disappeared from their system despite me showing them proof that I am in good standing/paid my $525 fee for the month so I was stuck in the garage. Emailed them about it 4 days ago with no response

Totally disorganized , they charge you upfront for monthly pass but than they say they will not honor it .
