Same issue as someone else above. I went over a small amount and got hit with an exorbitant "violation" that was impossible to appeal. They didn't simply bill the difference in time according to the posted rate or a fee up to the max per day, and since the letter took ages to get to me, I'd missed the cutoff and it's up to $104. Gouging at its finest.

I bought a monthly pass at this garage and they were incredibly easy to work with. Very much worthwhile to be able to drive to Coconut Grove for yoga, restaurants, etc. Very very nice people.

I parked here. The app was not user friendly. From the time I passes the gard gate to the time I was at it again was 1 hour and 16 minutes. I paid for an hour. It took a few minutes to park and get to the scan code and put in all the information needed to pay so I was counting the time from when I was putting in that info. Later I received a notice of $58 for failure to pay for parking, which I clearly did. Right away I called the only number they had on the notice to file for an appeal as I did pay for parking. I never heard anything back until I received another notice now for $90. Be aware that there is no number to talk to a person, so now customer service. This feels like robbery/getting ripped off.
