Do not park here. The staff is unkind and rude and damaged my vehicle. This is the type of place that makes you angry the whole ride home.

Awful garage . Do not use them . Rude staff too.

I tried to park there on Sunday. It says nothing about the fact that it is valet parking only. I sat in a line for about 10 minutes (after going through the gate with no way to get out and then was asked by an extremely rude man how long I was staying. I told him I didn't know. He said then you cannot stay! He made me turn around - very hard to do and I had to pay $10 before I could leave. This must be illegal! DO NOT PARK THERE!!!!

The staff was incredibly rude both at pick up and drop off. When I came back to get my car, it was unlocked and they could not start it and told me that was my issue. I left them with a 2014 that drove perfectly and came back and they coudn't start the car and didn't care at all. Awful awful lot and overpriced. Never again!

Awful. $28 to park for two hours and they left my window open, allowing all the brown snow & salt from the car above to splatter around and inside my car! By far the most I've ever paid, and the worst my car has ever looked after. Not recommended AT ALL!
