I park there for the last 12 years. The elevator only worked the first 5 years and they are not planning to to fix it. The attendant is always upset and sleepy. The ceiling is falling apart and asbestos on the fluf balls that are wet and falling down and staining cars. I always got beat one night. The attendant said ok you should have ran. I almost lost it. Not a good place to park.

Worse place to park your car, parking attendant is always sleep in the morning, the elevator hasn't been working in over a year, the garbage cans are always full of garbage. The stair case is always dirty. I almost forgot!! The facility just raised the parking fee 15$

Worse garage ever. No security whatsoever for your vehicle. Attendent doesn't even park it for you. After my vehicle had been tampered with and only for being 2 hours parked, no solutions except I am now having to spent hundreds on a piece of plastic that some fool decided to fall in love with and remove from my door handle. Perhaps at that pt, he/she realized wtf am I doing trying to boost a boosted Cadi?????? Nonetheless save your $ with same chances you take on the street!

Parking in New York

New York is one of the busiest and most densely populated cities in the US. Parking rates in NYC are one of the highest in the country. Here are some ideas on how to survive when looking for a place to park in New York.

Commercial garages in Manhattan charge $12-$18 per hour and can go up as high as $55 per 24 hours (SUVs and oversized vehicles are charged additional fees). It’s a good idea to look for early bird and overnight specials or coupons for discounted parking!

A good alternative is to park in the suburbs and then take public transport to downtown:

On-street parking

On-street parking in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island is $1 per hour, while on-street meters in Manhattan charge from $1.50 to $6 per hour, depending on the area. Meters take quarters and credit cards.

On-street rates in PARK-Smart areas will vary depending on the time of day and demand.

On-street signage can be confusing. Check the NYC parking regulations, so that you don’t get a pricey ticket.
