Not only is this place a scam, but there’s not a single actual person working there to offer you assistance. The doors lock once you exit the facility so if you didn’t take a ticket, good luck getting back in. All of the signage on the property is out of date. There is not a kiosk, (signage said there was), there are not physical people (signage said there was a physical person at the kiosk to help), the number posted inside the building to call for assistance, doesn’t go to this business and in fact whoever answered said that they have no ties with said garage. Rates stated $5 per 30 mins- I was charged $10 after having wasted the entire 30mins I was there trying to figure out how I could pay to get my car back out. They claim that there are cameras everywhere but I don’t buy it. I walked around that property for 30 mins trying to figure out how to get back in and not one person came out to assist me. Don’t waste your money here.

This is a scam. It states you will pay max $25 for 24 hours. We stayed 18hrs 1 min and charged $50! We tried calling and got hung up on by the agent and then they wouldn’t answer! Avoid. We will dispute this charge with our credit card company and have all the pictures of their pricing!

Denver has a special Overnight Parking Program that is different from other US cities. Parking rates are still enforced during nighttime, though they are lower and there are no limits as to the length of stay.

If you’re looking for cheaper or even free parking options and feel OK with not taking your car downtown, leave it at one of the Park and Ride locations in Denver and park for free the first 24 hours and then $2.00 for each additional day.
