The WORST parking management I have ever encountered. Booted my car after parking expired by 4 minutes. Held my car ransom for an hour while the boot guy was chilling in the parking deck the whole time. The boot guy was horrible and threatened to leave for good if I didn't pay online (rather than in person). A shake-down, a scam, whatever you want to call it. They are the reason there is continuous legal battle of booting in ATL.

Parking is through ParkMobile. Code is 7245. Do it quickly or you’ll be booted literally 2 seconds after u walk out of the parking deck.

Parking in Atlanta

Parking is a constant concern for the fast-growing city of Atlanta. Here’s all you need to know before you go looking for a parking spot in Atlanta.

There are over 2,500 on-street spaces in Atlanta. Most of them charge $2.00 per hour. Single space meters accept quarters, dimes and nickels. New multi-space meters accept coins, bills and cards (Visa, MasterCard). On-street parking can be limited to 30 minutes, 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours. The hours of enforcement vary  based on zones:

  • Business and Government zone: Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm, 2 hrs max.
  • Mixed use zone: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, 3 hrs max.
  • School and University zone: Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm, 3 hrs max.
  • Entertainment, Restaurant and Hospital zones: Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 10 pm, 4 hrs max.

Off-street parking is abundant; an hour costs $5.00 on average, and $14.00 for 24 hours.

Parking might be pricier around event locations, such as the Philips Arena and around Centennial Park. If you’re flying into or out of Atlanta, check out our maps for parking at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

If you’ve been issued a parking ticket, you can pay the ticket online or find out how to appeal it.
