Horrible. Paid at the machine before I got to my car. Machine took my receipt. Got to check out and did not have bar code receipt. Had to pay lost ticket price. The help button did not work. Horrible.

I would give 0 if I could. Got a ticket to park and there were no spots. Cars kept pouring only to have to immediately exit. When I pressed the assistance button the guy basically said those are the terms and that I had to pay. Criminal.

We were charged for 2 hours and didn’t even park. We pulled in, drove all the way to the top and everything was full. We decided to turn around and leave and the machine charged us? How?

Bar taco advised everyone the validation was not working so we called the assistance line who told us to pay and wouldn’t call to verify. Scam! Shame on you for coming people from doing what’s right.

I found out the hard way that the pay machine DOES NOT GIVE CHANGE. Put a $10 bill in for $3 worth of parking? Well too bad! You aren't getting any change back. Then when you press the ASSISTANCE button for change, they lied and told me they would call me back on my cell phone to arrange payment for change. I never heard from them so I found their number online and called them the next day. The person on the phone said, "Oh they don't give change because the machine says on it that it doesn't give out change." --- I don't remember seeing it, but I wasn't reading over the machine with a magnifying class. Thanks for nothing EAGLE PARKING. I won't be using this parking ramp again even if it is convenient to the area.

Easy access to the Beltline and all the shops in Inman Park. Relatively hidden gem of a parking location. You can access off of Elizabeth Street or N. Highland. Also have valet at Elizabeth. I like to use it to access Krog Street Market and Ponce City Market as well and walk the Beltline

Parking in Atlanta

Parking is a constant concern for the fast-growing city of Atlanta. Here’s all you need to know before you go looking for a parking spot in Atlanta.

There are over 2,500 on-street spaces in Atlanta. Most of them charge $2.00 per hour. Single space meters accept quarters, dimes and nickels. New multi-space meters accept coins, bills and cards (Visa, MasterCard). On-street parking can be limited to 30 minutes, 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours. The hours of enforcement vary  based on zones:

  • Business and Government zone: Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm, 2 hrs max.
  • Mixed use zone: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, 3 hrs max.
  • School and University zone: Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm, 3 hrs max.
  • Entertainment, Restaurant and Hospital zones: Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 10 pm, 4 hrs max.

Off-street parking is abundant; an hour costs $5.00 on average, and $14.00 for 24 hours.

Parking might be pricier around event locations, such as the Philips Arena and around Centennial Park. If you’re flying into or out of Atlanta, check out our maps for parking at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

If you’ve been issued a parking ticket, you can pay the ticket online or find out how to appeal it.
