I have used this valet service many times at Duke Eye with no issues. Yesterday, upon arrival, I pulled up as close to the desk as possible (I was right in front of it, in the center lane) - outside lane is for thru traffic, and inside lane had parked cars there). The attendant stood there and watched every move I made. I got out of my car, put on oxygen tank, my purse, etc and limped out of the car (arthritis) to the truck and man-handled the rollator out, set it up with purse, oxygen, appointment checkin info, car keys, etc and managed to close the trunk. After watching me struggle with all of this, the young girl asked "can you move your car up here (pointing approx 3 ft from my current location). She made it clear that was something I had to do myself as she was not going to. i left the scooter, took off the oxygen, and went to the drivers side and got in, moved my car approx 3 ft, got back, collected my things, and went to the checkin with keys in hand.
