I came to work this morning 12/5 6:00 am and the ticket machine wasn’t printing. I push the button for Assistance and the person that answered, let me in the parking deck. I was proceeding to go to level four, which you have to scan a ticket to get on that level as well. I press the button again and the same person let me in. I tried to ask how would I get out when I get off work the afternoon but they hung up quickly. When I get off later that day, I push the button to find out how to get out of the garage. I wasn’t asking to get out for free I would have paid if I was asked to. The attendant that answer was very rude! He was asking me who let me in which I had no clue. He Proceeded to say the next time get a ticket. If that was the case, then I would’ve had one!

Disgusting is the perfect word to describe this place. Dirty parking lot, employees are smoking weed and caring about themselves than helping, employees park over two spots so if you have a big car, good luck finding a spot.

I was at a event at the epicenter getting out of the parking deck was horrible ticket was validated by SMG and they kept saying it wasn’t. The attendant was very rude. A system needs to be put in place where the attendant can verify such so it does inconvenience the customer and frustrat the attendant.

Charlotte street parking is quite widespread. There are over 1000 parking meters in the downtown area and are enforced 7AM-6PM, Mon-Fri. The cost of meter parking ranges from $0.25/15 minutes to $0.50/hour. As you might have guessed, parking in uptown Charlotte is cheaper than parking in the downtown area.
