Unfortunately, I have to agree with the poor reviews of this garage. I bought 24/7 parking in this location after my car was broken into on the street. I thought that the secured parking garage would offer extra security. I even explained this to the management when I was purchasing the spot, and they agreed it was a good idea. It was not a good idea. My car was broken into again after only 6 weeks of parking in the garage, right next to the security camera with nothing left in the car. Despite the security camera and a security guard, I didn't even know about the break-in until I came a few days later to drive the car. The garage door remained constantly open. The owner of the garage is completely unsympathetic to the break-ins, refusing to reimburse even the 1 week of parking that I would no longer use after moving my car to a more secure parking lot. My impression of this garage is that you pay $215 for the inconvenient errand of picking up a security FOB that you don't need and a less safe parking spot.

My car got broken into within 6 weeks of parking here. There's really shady looking people hanging out inside at night, clearly not there with a car. Might be less safe than just parking on the street and way more expensive. Their door has been broken the whole time I've parked there, no word on when they might fix it. Meanwhile, they charge you full price.

I pay A LOT of money to park here 5 days a week because I work in the area. However this parking garage is NOT safe, recently someone had a knife pulled out at them from a homeless person in the stairwell. This was only the beginning.. not one but TWO cars were smashed in, this happened days apart from each other. Unfortunately my car was one of them, this makes me really sad because I thought this was a safe place for my co workers and I to park. I thought I was paying for security and a safe space for my property. I am truly sad, and I wish I could recommend a safe place to park in Portland but I can’t. I want to give props to the security guy ( Yusuf ) he truly is amazing at what he does, he can’t always roam every floor in the garage and keep it safe by himself. However he was so helpful today with helping me vacuum up the glass and cleaning my car. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and hard work.

This company is horrible. A work meeting went late in this building, and I got a $75.00 (!!!) ticket. I went to my employer and filled out a validation form and sent it in to them. I received no response, and a couple weeks later a process server arrived at my house and informed me that if I did not pay $175 immediately I would be taken to court. My calls and letters were never returned, so I finally paid the fee. I've received the same feedback from others who work in the building. These guys will screw you for money EVERY and any chance they get.

If you are not grocery shopping then do not park here. You are guaranteed to get a ticket. (The elevator only goes down. The elevator door only opens into the grocery store. They have cameras monitored by security and it's very obvious if you *aren't* grocery shopping/staying at Safeway.

They will stick you at every opportunity to drain money from you. Be very wary of your receipt not being visible, or just slightly going past your allotted time (even on a Sunday night when there are no other vehicles and the outside street parking has long since been free). They'll give you a $39 parking ticket at the drop of a hat, then immediately up it to $89 if you don't pay right away. Leeches.

If you’re looking for parking in downtown Portland, bear in mind that the average rates are $4.00 per hour, $22.00 per 24 hours or $240.00 per month.

If you’re looking for cheap parking, try and park at one of the SmartPark garages in Portland, as they offer the lowest short-term rates in the city. Three of their garages also have EV chargers: 10th & Yamhill, 4th and Yamhill, 3rd and Alder.

There are four parking meter districts:
