Expect to pay $12 if you park for anymore than an hour. This rate structure is not clearly advertised.

I parked here and it stated on the sign an hourly rate of $4.00. I was there for an hour and 7 minutes. They charged me for 3 hours. I would not have parked there if I knew they were going to overcharge me. I sent them an e-mail asking for a refund. When talking to the lady she said they do not refund the difference and after one hour the price jumps to the 3hrs she stated. This was not labeled. If the price changes to what you pay for 3hrs AFTER one hour -they do not offer hourly parking like they so advertise. Thumbs down on this garage/central parking.

This lot advertises a $10 max per day. Iwas was there a total of 2 hrs 15 min and had to pay $14 to exit. The kiosk says you must exit 20 min after paying. I was at the exit within 12 min, but the exit display said I owed an add'l $4. When I buzzed to talk to "Command Center", I was told that I had to exit within 15 min after paying. But it took me add'l time to figure out that there was an intercom button to push. By the time I finished arguing with the Center, I was well beyond 15 minutes. And I couldn't leave without paying up. After I paid the $4, the machine kept my $10 receipt and gave me a $4 receipt. So I buzzed the Center again. She said all she could do was email a statement that said I paid $10. I will never park here again. What a rip-off!!!
