Having difficulty accessing th elevator from the third floor of the parking structure. Cars are parked across the striped blue lines, which are supposed to be kept clear. Nobody reads this, they just don't care. We are in wheelchairs - find it convenient to park near the elevator. But to get to it, we must fold up our wheelchair and carry it in between cars. So sad to see they don't observe common courtesy and "no parking" walkways.

The valets keep parking cars across the Disabled Access painted lines. This is happening on the 3rd level just east of the elevator at the bridge. My s.o. uses a wheelchair and difficult to get past the cars blocking access. There is a Disabled lot on ground floor, but usually full and difficult to manuever in, so we park on top.
