Agree with the May 1 review. Parking is very reasonably priced, well marked, well lit and clean. Validation from most of the vendors. Couldn’t ask for much more.

People that give 1-star ratings because they take advantage of getting free parking on private property are losers. So are people who can't understand clear and accurate signage posted about evening flat rates. This parking lot is very clean and well lit. The only improvement I would suggest is widening the parking stalls, but they are pretty much the same size you would find in most commercial building complexes.

Great service! Kudos to the parking staff who always assist by the gates. Clean and covered parking stalls. Worth the price for downtown area.

This parking lot used to be a great resource for free parking on the weekends. However, they suddenly started charging without so much as putting up a warning sign.

I give this parking lot a negative 100. Flat rate info posted at garage is misleading. Beware!
