City Parking Lot #31

I use this lot when I go to shows at The Canal Club. It is literally right next to the club, it's basically on the same plot of land. I believe you can pay online but I prefer to use the kiosk in the lot. Super cheap rates, about $5 for 8hrs. Talked to a guy who worked the lot once and says no one really comes down there at night to check passes so I let my time run out when I'm inside at shows and don't even worry about it, never had a problem. The area itself is pretty shady (at night) which is the reason for the one security star. Lock your car, keep your valuables out of sight and just don't talk to anyone. Other than that I have had no problems.
