Rhode Island Hospital - Eddy Street Lot

I visited my brother for 1 hour and parked in the Eddie st lot. I paid $5 inside when I checked out and then was charged another 6 just so I could get out of the lot because the ticket wouldn't work. $11 to park really?

The person working at the camera, was so rude ignore me the whole time because I don't have my insurance card trying to ask question no answer. Maybe he or she forgot that I'm human not robot.
