The Asianlady work at parking structure@sept25,2pm shift is so mean. The meter ticket was broke so that they have the sign to get the ticket from the attendant after parking but I park @ level 2. Unfortunately I got in the suit 100 @ 1:50pm & could not see doctor so that around 2pm I walked out with the 30mins validate . I had to walk to the attendant with 2 little kids on my hands & that lady give me the ticket & then change her mind, erase & rewrite the ticket which I did not notice what she wrote. Then I walked my 2 kids to the car & get out at 2:15pm & she told me that I have to pay $3 even with the 30mins validate . I questioned her why, she was so rude & was so sure that I parked longer than 30mins which she guessing & continued said that “I don’t want to argue with you” & threaten twice”do you want to go back to your doctor office to get another 30mins validate?” & After I insisted said I was here not more than 30mins, she finally let me go but keep shouting” I don’t want to argue w u”
