The girl that had her hair pulled back with sunglasses on that was directing Duke childrens valet today during the time of 3:50pm on May 12th 2023 was SUPER rude ! I hope I do not have to go back for a LONG time . I dread going there for the service but I simply cannot carry my son from the parking deck across the street so I have to use valet & to have to deal with that type of attitude after my sons surgery & after his follow up from his surgery it’s quite utterly RIDICULOUS! Be more professional . Seriously .

Rude and twice I’ve had my car gone threw. Park yourself.

Employees are inexperienced in dealing with the pubic obviously- No eye contact or good manners-The people they are dealing with are sick and may need extra help,compassion and directions in a favorable manner-These are just a group of young kids (teens?)who are not trained-Duke is a great hospital but this dosent give people a good first impression to be treated like a bunch of cattle-Our car was returned pretty quickly, but the guy acted as if he could have cared less-Maybe if they worked on tips ?Hotel and restaurant valet services are friendlier-

Er full morning at top open.. when I went to leave out closed.. pressed intercom and was told it’s valet parking and only they can let me out.. no where does it say valet parking.. if you don’t have er parking where the hell are you suppose to park

Excellent hospital but stuff was stolen out of my car. Don’t use the valet service!

Horrible. There so many cars parked in front of valet office they did not have room to bring your car to you. It was pouring rain and I had a handicap Wife and a 2 year old needing to get in the car. The valet parked my car in the wrong Lane and blocked all traffic people getting stupid because I was getting my family in the car. I do not think these reviews do anything. I am going to try and get in touch with somebody at Duke.

The worst I waited for more than an hour to receive my car,I will never ever use this service again Duke needs to have a company representing them that is responsible.

Used valet parking 3 days this week. Got my car back with damages on front and side .Called and ask to see security cameras and was told they don’t have any .. Is this a safe place to leave your car?

The valet service is a group of young girls. They left me and my medically fragile toddler in 41 degree weather for an hour. I repeatedly requested my car and was rudely told that “all the keys are out” over and over. Finally, with my daughter hystical and in tears, I got the security guard in the lobby of Duke to talk to them. My key was lying on their desk without a tag. The girl held it in my face and yelled “it this your key?” No apology!! I am amazed that the hospital would allow this. Use the garage across the street.

This new company is worse than the one before they tell and scream at you they just don't have any people or customer service skills.

Rude. While in the third to the right lane waiting to get to the door to pick up my wheelchair bound daughter, a valet employee shouted to me from a vehicle I guess he thought I should let out in front of me. He had no signals and all I was trying to do was pick up my child. When I looked up at him, he and another valet employee just laughed. I used this service when my daughter had radiation treatments and always tipped even though it was kind of slow. The unprofessional behavior today guarantees I will never use their service. I felt harassed and do not understand why Duke would employ just people for positions that are supposed to help make your treatment experience easier.

Zero customer service!!. Just park your own vehicle and walk inside. Rude and lacked common descent behavior. Unprofessional!!!
