Parking prices are ridiculous. People are there for their sick love ones and should not have to worry about someone stealing MONEY from their cars. The employees should be FIRED immediately before something bad happens!! Emotions are already up in the air when someone arrives so please train Employees to have Compassion and Respect for others property!!

First time I parked the attendant was super nice and helpful. Second time they tried to tell me it was only for emergency room patients. I told them my mom was in the ER and still they didn’t want me to park with the valet. There were four valet attendants all bothered that I was interrupting their day. Then one guy who was very nice and accommodating said he would take care of me. If here is still there when I leave I’m giving him a good tip and getting his name so the valet company know that he is a good employee.

Your valet service sucks. Nobody should have to sit in line for over 40 mins just waiting to park. It was better when you could just drive to the door and someone come get your keys. The new process is not working and may want to change it.

I've never used they're valet parking for the clinic, but from what I see they're price is ridiculous! And the reviews aren't sounding good. They need to come down on they're parking prices.

We have to wait 1 hour for retrieving our car. Check with the attendant and was told that we are on the queue for next group at half hour and again in 45 minutes. Finally, I was told that they did not have my car in their list although I have a ticket number and paid for to retrieve my car. I would not recommend to use the service.

The woman in the kiosk makes it quite clear that you are interrupting her day by asking for your car back.

The valets themselves are very efficient and friendly, but the service takes up to 25 minutes to get a valet, and 30-45 minutes to retrieve which is ridiculous.

Parking is ridiculous, if I am going to the pharmacy, I shouldn't have to pay to park. I should be able to pull up and park, without having to worry about my car being towed! Or there should be parking just for pharmacy customers. And it should be free!!!
